***How To Enter***

1) Make A Video: Create a 60 second or less video that shows the connection between sleep and your overall well being (or what you would achieve by getting a better night's sleep.)

2) Post the Video to YouTube with the following tags:

· Mattress

· Health

3)Comment/Link: Leave the link to your video in the comments of this post between the contest entry period, July 17, 2010 (today) and 11:59:59 PM ET on July 26, 2010.

4) The Rules: Make sure you read all the rules and are sure that your entry meets all the qualifications - like your video being less than 60 seconds!

***How will entries be judged?***

All qualifying entries received during the Contest will be judged according to the following criteria: 1) Alignment with theme (25%); 2) Creativity (25%); 3) Use of contest tags (25%) and 4) Entertainment value (25%).
