Like some other commenters here, it seems like when little white kids are acting up in a restaurant or public place and tormenting the other patrons, they're just "expressing their creativity", but if a little black child does the same, then he or she is a heathen.<BR/><BR/>It is also interesting that "better behaved" black kids end up in prison at a much higher rate than the white kids who were "expressing themselves".
