Maybe I'm being too optimistic, but I think the two current Democratic candidates show a certainly growing maturity of the American public. I still think that a large percentage of the voting public actually do that that Obama is a Muslim, and aren't very concerned -- as long as the Koran isn't guiding his actions more than the Constitution.
